Job summary

Front Range Community College seeks a Director of Wolf Central and Student Support to lead the college’s integrated welcome and information services across three campuses. You will guide Welcome Desks and College Information Centers, ensuring a consistent, welcoming experience for prospective and current students, families, school counselors, staff, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years’ experience in client/guest services, customer experience or call center operations.
• Five years in admissions and recruitment in a high-volume visitor-focused environment.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
• Experience working with diverse, non-traditional, and traditionally underserved students.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, streamline processes, and improve the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Welcome Services & College Information Centers across three campuses to deliver welcoming, accessible experiences.
• Develop practices that promote easy access to information and resources and reduce barriers.
• Use data and an equity-minded approach to improve student and community experiences across channels.
• Advance Wolf Central as a seamless, one-college service model across campuses.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Academic Affairs to streamline processes.
