Job summary

Front Range Community College seeks a Director of Wolf Central and Student Support to lead a three-campus information and welcome service. You will manage Welcome Desks and College Information Centers, ensuring consistent support for prospective and current students, families, and partners.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Academic Affairs, using data to enhance enrollment, retention, and student success while maintaining campus presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five years’ experience in client/guest services, customer experience or call center operations.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage proactive service model.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop staff including recruiting, retaining, mentoring and supporting a diverse staff.
• Experience working with diverse, non-traditional, and traditionally underserved students.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, streamline processes, and improve the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued evolution of Wolf Central across three campuses, creating welcoming, accessible, and responsive experiences for prospective and current students, families, school counselors, employees, community partners, and visitors.
• Develop communication practices, service standards, and processes to promote consistency and reduce barriers.
• Use data and an equity-minded approach to improve the student and community experience across channels.
• Lead development of Wolf Central as a seamless, one-college service model across campuses.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, processes, and technologies that strengthen access and efficiency.
• Partner with college leaders to implement initiatives that support enrollment, student success, and community engagement.
