Germanna Community College seeks a Director of Student Engagement and Success to provide strategic leadership for Student Life, Testing Services, the Academic Center of Excellence, and Career and Transfer Services. The role reports to the Dean of Students and focuses on alignment, accountability, and student-centered program delivery.

The position requires a Master’s in a related field, 5+ years of higher education experience, and 3+ years of supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant higher education experience.
• At least three years of supervision of professional staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide portfolio-level leadership for Student Life, Testing Services, Academic Center of Excellence, and Career & Transfer Services.
• Promote collaboration across departments to connect students with resources and services.
• Monitor usage, outcomes, and implement data-driven improvements across the portfolio.
• Lead development of a comprehensive orientation program for new students.
• Represent the portfolio on College committees and with internal/external partners.
