Job summary

Front Range Community College is seeking a Director of Wolf Welcome and Student Support to provide strategic leadership for Wolf Central, FRCC’s integrated welcome and information service model.

You and your team will support prospective and current students, families, counselors, employees, and community members through in-person, phone, text, chat, and email channels to ensure a consistent, welcoming experience across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree mandatory.
• Five years’ experience in client/guest services, customer experience or call center operations (or admissions/recruitment in a high-volume environment).
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage proactive service model.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop staff including recruiting, mentoring, and supporting a diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wolf Central across three campuses, delivering welcoming, accessible, and responsive experiences for students, families, counselors, employees, and community partners.
• Partner with college leaders to implement initiatives that support enrollment, student success, and community engagement while aligning with the college’s mission.
• Use data, feedback, and performance measures to strengthen service delivery and inform decisions across channels.
• Build relationships across departments to improve processes and reduce barriers for students.

Education
