Job summary

Target is seeking a Director of Product Management for Warehouse Management Systems to lead modernization across Target's warehouse network. You will set strategic vision, own multi-year roadmaps, and guide product managers to deliver measurable outcomes quarter over quarter.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product Design, UX, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Finance to deliver scalable outbound capabilities that improve throughput, accuracy, and cost while enhancing partner and guest

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Deep domain experience in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven ability to define multi-year roadmaps and quarterly OKRs.
• Experience leading product managers/owners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and influence across senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year modernization roadmap for outbound warehouse management across the network.
• Translate warehouse needs into product capabilities across outbound planning, work release, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, ship, and visibility.
• Define quarterly OKRs, prioritize the backlog, and drive quarter-over-quarter progress.
• Lead product discovery with operators, field leaders, stores, partners and enterprise stakeholders to validate problems and concepts.
• Partner with Product Design/UX to create intuitive, scalable experiences for warehouse teams and partners.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, manage capacity, and foster accountability and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, analytics, and operations to modernize legacy capabilities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Make disciplined trade-offs in a fixed-timeline modernization environment while balancing speed and long-term health.
• Use data to measure product health and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
• Align with adjacent domains like inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, and transportation.
