Qualifications

• 8+ years of wholesale sales or account management experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
• 3+ years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Experience with large domestic retailers and international accounts.
• Proven track record of growing key retail partnerships and hitting targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools, sales reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key wholesale accounts and drive growth.
• Manage communications across the team to ensure continuity.
• Drive wholesale sales through direct selling to small and boutique accounts internationally.
• Create retailer plans including launch, marketing, education, promotions, and sell-through.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, digital, product development, and retail teams.
• Analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to inform decisions.
• Oversee order management and back-office tasks.
• Mentor junior team members and supervise field staff.
