goop is seeking a Private Client Stylist for our flagship Santa Monica store to elevate styling and deepen luxury client relationships. You will bring the goop experience to life in-store, nurture long-term client connections, and help grow the customer base for GWYN across fashion, beauty, wellness, and home.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, styling, or customer service.
• Established client book aligned with the goop lifestyle and capable of growing new clients.
• Deep understanding of luxury fashion, beauty, wellness and home products.
• Excellent communication in written and spoken form reflecting goop's voice.
• Experience with customer service platforms such as Seer, Shopify, NetSuite.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling across goop's luxury categories to create elevated client experiences.
• Manage client inquiries, product recommendations, returns and exchanges, converting walk-ins.
• Deliver personalized, high-touch service that builds loyalty and drives growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information.
• Track KPIs to uphold service excellence and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain and grow a personal client book with high-potential guests.
• Support store operations and sales as requested by the Store Manager.
