BridgeBio Pharma Inc. is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy and execution across the Central US region.

You will manage relationships with regional payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio, ensuring launch readiness and timely policy reviews. This remote, field-based role covers states across OH, MI, IN, IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, KS, NE, ND, SD, with strong preference for local candidates.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceuticals, with at least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Demonstrated rare-disease launch, contracting, and pull-through experience with regional payers/IDNs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs in the Central territory.
• Own the corporate relationships for major payers (HCSC, CareSource) and coordinate enterprise account strategy.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans to support rapid and durable access for products.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; address launch barriers before P&T and coverage reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and economic value and resolve access issues.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and maintain up-to-date knowledge of state Medicaid policy.
