Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, data strategy, or business intelligence experience in financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and impactful solutions.
• Strong ownership and execution focus in distribution-focused initiatives and client insights.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, AI use cases, and modern analytics infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics to support sales, product, and marketing leaders.
• Define and evolve client segmentation frameworks across channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve distribution with data, automation, and AI insights.
• Co-own next best action tools and field enablement resources.
• Conduct complex analyses using diverse data sources and deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to analytics roadmap and growth initiatives.
• Develop audience segmentation and campaign targeting for product commercialization.
• Partner with Data and Technology teams to improve data workflows and architecture.
• Own end-to-end strategic projects with measurable business impact.
• Apply expertise in first-party transactions and activity data for insights.
• Foster data literacy and KPI-driven decision-making across sales.
