Zusammenfassung

WM is seeking a Director of Wastewater Process Engineering to lead enterprise-wide initiatives for landfill liquids management and treatment. You will oversee policy development, compliance programs, and innovative treatment solutions across facilities, reporting to ES&WT leadership.

The role requires deep expertise in wastewater processes, regulatory monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and safety in a dynamic field setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment design/operations.
• Master’s degree preferred with 10+ years of experience; 3+ years of management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Direct policy, procedures, training and guidance on engineering and environmental compliance for landfill liquids handling, treatment and disposal.
• Lead permitting, design and construction of leachate treatment facilities and due diligence for waste management assets.
• Provide technical leadership and support to Corporate and Field personnel in wastewater treatment technologies and environmental compliance.
