Job summary

Arc of Acadiana, Inc. seeks a Director of Waiver Services to lead operations across New Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, and Vermilion. You will guide QIPDs and Coordinators, oversee licensing, audits, and risk management, and ensure person-centered, compliant service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Work, or Business, with a Master’s preferred, and travel across service areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Work, or Business required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with waiver/HCBS operations and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily waiver operations across service areas.
• Oversee admissions, transitions, and service continuity.
• Lead quality assurance, documentation review, and incident follow-up.
• Coordinate with leadership and supporting departments.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
