Qualifications

• RN with Louisiana Board of Nursing
• BLS CPR certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Three years’ experience as a registered nurse
• One year leadership in hospice/home health/oncology preferred
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of clinical operations in hospice and inpatient unit
• Coordinate with Medical, Administrative, and Clinical leadership to improve patient care and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Manage department budgets and staffing within approved limits
• Promote quality care and positive work environment across teams
• Lead performance improvement and outcome measurement under PI framework
• Advise and support staff education and competency in clinical services
