Job summary

The Arc Central Alabama seeks a mission-driven Director to lead Community Experience and Community Waiver Services from the central office in Central Alabama. You will guide program operations, ensure person-centered services, and collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and families to promote independence and meaningful community participation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years in IDD or related services with supervision experience; familiarity with HCBS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in IDD or human services helpful.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and person-centered practices.
