Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in product management or related industries.
• Experience launching and managing complex product portfolios.
• Ability to establish strategic direction and translate vision into results.
• Experience in pricing strategy and product lifecycle management.
• Strong prioritization, decision frameworks, and resource efficiency.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision, direction, and product strategy for Vinyl and Composite products with clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization around a customer-focused roadmap.
• Own full portfolio lifecycle including launches, extensions, optimizations, and consolidations.
• Act as the enterprise voice for Window and Door Products, prioritizing initiatives by impact and value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Channel teams.
• Drive governance, metrics, and decision frameworks for accountable execution.
• Inspire, develop, and mentor leaders to foster a purpose-driven culture.
