County of San Luis Obispo seeks a Division Manager to lead the Christopher G. Money Victim-Witness Assistance Center. You will direct a team of Victim Advocates and support staff, oversee the division budget and grants, and ensure policy compliance.

The role involves strategic direction for the department, collaboration with the District Attorney and management, and reporting to the executive team. Strong leadership, listening and writing skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences, psychology, criminal justice or related field (job-related experience may substitute).
• Three years of experience in legal or social services related to an assigned division, with supervision or its equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Direct a team of approximately 20 staff, including Victim Advocates and support staff.
• Oversee division budget and grant writing; ensure compliance with mandates and policies.
• Review, develop and implement division policies and procedures in collaboration with the District Attorney and management.
