Takeda is seeking a Director, Business System Owner – Veeva RIM to define and deliver the technology strategy for Takeda’s regulatory information management platform. Based in Cambridge with hybrid work, the role ensures alignment with regulatory priorities, data governance, and global compliance while driving cross-functional collaboration and system enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs across global functions.
Proven experience as a Business System Owner or equivalent leadership role.
Experience with Veeva RIM or comparable regulatory systems.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the business technology strategy, roadmap for Veeva RIM.
Align the platform with regulatory priorities, enterprise data strategy, and compliance.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance system capabilities and processes.
Establish governance, KPIs, and lifecycle management for releases.
Partner with Digital & Technology and vendors to ensure stability and scalability.
Lead change management, communications, and adoption strategies.
Ensure data governance, quality and inspection readiness across regions.
