Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience across global functions.
• Experience with Veeva RIM or comparable regulatory systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the business technology strategy for Veeva RIM.
• Lead multi-year roadmap aligned to GRIDS and GRA priorities.
• Drive system enhancements based on business value and regulatory risk.
• Establish KPIs to measure value realization and data quality.
• Oversee system governance, release management, and delivery.
