Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences SaaS company, seeks a Director to advance the Vault Safety Suite adoption and align software strategy with market needs. You will guide product decisions, drive sales initiatives, and coordinate resources from sales through delivery to maximize customer success.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience working in or consulting for the Safety department of a life sciences company, focusing on business processes and software applications/implementations.
• Experience supporting the selling of software and/or services to life sciences organizations.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations.

• Provide business guidance to the Veeva Product team for new applications or enhancements for Vault Safety Suite.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support in driving Vault Safety Suite opportunities.
• Direct resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to project delivery to ensure market success.
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications.

The Role

The Director role requires a deep understanding of the Pharmacovigilance function, related business processes, and the associated software applications used to collect, process, analyze and report data and manage related documents. This role is responsible for contributing to our Software Product Strategy while growing Veeva’s Safety Suite market adoption.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for growing Veeva’s market adoption for its Vault Safety Suite with a focus on overall customer satisfaction in the greater Boston area
• Provide business guidance to the Veeva Product team in support of new applications or enhancements for the Vault Safety Suite
• Provide thought leadership and sales support in driving new Vault Safety Suite opportunities
• Direct resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to project delivery and beyond to ensure success in the market
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in or consulting for the Safety department of a life sciences company, having focused on business processes and software applications/implementations
• Experience supporting the selling of software and/or services to life sciences organizations
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations

Compensation

• Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
