Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Director for the RTS Value Creation team to lead EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives with direct accountability for measurable outcomes. The role requires moving quickly from assessment to execution, aligning with executive leadership and PE partners to deliver sustained value.

You will guide cross-functional programs across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, pricing, and working capital, while mentoring teams and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of value creation, financial and/or operational consulting, or performance improvement.
• Proven track record leading EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives.
• Move from diagnostic to detailed design, execution, and measurement of improvement initiatives.
• Deep operational finance expertise: P&L management, working capital optimization, inventory management, cost structure redesign.
• Experience partnering with Private Equity sponsors to identify and execute value creation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial functions.
• Ability to operate in time-sensitive, high-intensity environments.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers and conduct variance analysis.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable, bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive cost optimization and performance initiatives through execution with full ownership.
• Partner with executive leadership, Boards, lenders, and Private Equity sponsors to align on plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across COGS/SG&A, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, profitability analyses, pricing, and working capital.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and execution plans for measurable value.
• Manage and mentor engagement teams and support business development efforts.
