Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Director to join its RTS Value Creation team, leading EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives with direct accountability for measurable results. You will work with management teams to move quickly from assessment to execution and deliver actionable plans driving enterprise value.

This role requires deep operational finance expertise and strong executive presence to partner with Boards, lenders, and PE sponsors across supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in value creation, financial/operational consulting, or performance improvement.
• Track record leading EBITDA and cash flow initiatives.
• Move from diagnostic to detailed design, execution and measurement.
• Experience with P&L management, working capital, inventory, cost structure redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers.
• Identify, quantify and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Develop bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive cost optimization and performance initiatives through execution.
• Partner with executives, Boards, lenders, and PE sponsors to align on plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across COGS, SG&A, manufacturing, procurement, and pricing.
