Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Director for the RTS Value Creation team to lead operational and financial initiatives that drive EBITDA and cash flow improvements for both underperforming and healthy businesses.

The role emphasizes rapid assessment-to-execution, working closely with management, Boards, lenders, and Private Equity sponsors to deliver measurable value across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in value creation, financial/operational consulting, or performance improvement.
• Proven track record leading EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives.
• Move from diagnostic to detailed design, execution, and measurement of improvements.
• Deep operational finance expertise including P&L management, working capital optimization, inventory management, and cost structure redesign.
• Experience partnering with Private Equity sponsors to identify and execute value creation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial functions.
• Operate effectively in time-sensitive, high-intensity environments and manage stakeholders.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers and perform variance analysis.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable, bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive cost optimization and performance initiatives with ownership through execution.
• Partner with executive leadership, Boards, lenders, and Private Equity sponsors to align on value creation plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across COGS/SG&A, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and execution plans to deliver measurable value.
• Manage and mentor engagement teams ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Support business development efforts and sponsor communications.
