Riveron seeks a Director to join the RTS Value Creation team, leading operational and financial initiatives focused on EBITDA and cash flow impact. You will move quickly from assessment to execution, partnering with management and private equity sponsors to deliver measurable value.

The role demands deep operational finance expertise, including P&L management, working capital optimization, and cost structure redesign, with a strong executive presence for high-intensity environments.

Qualifications

• Must have track record leading EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives.
• Deep operational finance expertise including P&L management, working capital optimization, inventory management, and cost structure redesign.
• Experience partnering with Private Equity sponsors and leading cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers and variance analyses.
• Identify and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Develop bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive implementation of cost optimization and performance initiatives through execution.
• Partner with executive leadership, Boards, lenders, and PE sponsors to align on value creation plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across COGS/SG&A, manufacturing, procurement, and profitability.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and execution plans that drive measurable value.
• Manage and mentor engagement teams and ensure timely delivery.
