Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Director for the RTS Value Creation team to lead operational and financial improvement initiatives that measurably impact EBITDA and cash flow. You will move from assessment to execution, partnering with management teams to deliver value across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, pricing, and working capital.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of value creation or performance improvement experience.
• Proven EBITDA and cash flow improvement track record.
• Deep operational finance expertise including P&L management, working capital optimization, inventory management, and cost structure redesign.
• Experience partnering with Private Equity sponsors to create value.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive cost optimization and performance initiatives through execution.
• Partner with executive leadership, Boards, lenders, and Private Equity sponsors to align on value creation plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across COGS, SG&A, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.
