Pearl Health is seeking a Director, Clinical Performance to shape care delivery across a portfolio of ACO enterprise clients, using clinical judgment and independent data analysis to drive performance improvement. You will partner with Markets and Customer Success to align clinical and commercial priorities.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO/APP with clinical practice experience and VBC exposure.
• Experience delivering care under value-based contracts (e.g., MSSP, ACO).
• Strong knowledge of Medicare ACO mechanics, risk adjustment, quality scoring.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements for integration.
