Blue Cross NC is seeking a Director of Value Based Care Operations and Execution to lead enterprise-wide program delivery and operational discipline. You will align performance, finance, and strategy teams to translate insights into measurable outcomes.

In a federated environment, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, establish governance, and ensure readiness for new programs, with accountability for execution and provider engagement across networks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, 12+ years in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs across the enterprise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and objectives.
• Identify and remove operational barriers to program rollout.
• Establish governance and accountability structures across programs.
• Ensure readiness for new program implementations and contract changes.
• Translate insights from analytics into actionable changes.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and risks.
