Job summary

The Program Director of Value-Based Care and Clinical Transformation at Johns Hopkins Health Plans will direct the overall strategy and execution of the Value-Based Program across all lines of business. This role partners with the ACMO, LOB leads and providers to foster clinical transformation and improve access to care and health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in health care including experience with value-based care models, with strong financial and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design, execution and management of the Value-Based Program across all lines of business.
• Oversee provider engagement, partnerships and contracting related to value-based care initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics on financial modeling and business planning for VBC.
• Lead reporting/analytics for VBC performance and provider reporting packages.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration or a clinical field

Masters degree preferred but not required
