Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Medicine invites candidates for the Program Director of Value-Based Care and Clinical Transformation. This role leads the Value-Based Program across all lines of business, shaping strategy, provider partnerships, and analytics to drive quality outcomes and population health improvements.

You will guide the PECT team, collaborate with ACMO and Line of Business leads, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and best practices in value-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health care administration or a clinical field
• Master's degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare experience with value-based care and strong financial/analytic skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of the Value-Based Care program across lines of business
• Oversee operations, finance analytics, and provider contracting for the VBC
• Manage Provider Engagement & Clinical Transformation team and strategic partnerships
• Ensure reporting packages and analytics support VBC performance
• Stay current with industry best practices and market evolution
