Partners is seeking a senior valuation leader to head our Valuation Advisory platform in Central Texas, with a strong on-the-ground market presence in Austin and San Antonio. This role combines client leadership, business development, and team growth in a rapidly expanding CRE corridor.

The ideal candidate is MAI‑certified with deep lender relationships and a track record of winning and delivering high-quality advisory work. This is a hands-on, market-facing leadership role at Director/VP level.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in valuation/advisory or CRE sectors.
• MAI designation preferred.
• Proficient with Argus, CoStar, MLS, RCA, STDB and MS 365.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; able to manage complex reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the valuation advisory platform for Central Texas, including Austin and San Antonio.
• Win new clients and grow existing accounts through leadership and relationships.
• Oversee job management and review appraisal reports for quality and compliance.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop appraisal staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with MD and leadership to drive regional growth and culture.
• Build and scale the Central Texas valuation team.
