Job summary

Colliers International in Texas is seeking a Valuation Specialist to execute valuation and appraisal assignments, build and nurture client relationships, and collaborate with cross-geography teams to deliver exceptional service. You will review industry benchmarks and trends, and assist in presenting analyses clearly to clients.

The role emphasizes CRE expertise, licensure pursuit, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• CRE experience/ background is required.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license or pursuing this.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments.
• Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships.
• Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships.
• Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely.
