• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management or related roles.
• Experience in utilities or energy/industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Utilities portfolio strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Partner with Building Automation and vertical teams to identify market opportunities.
• Package capabilities into differentiated solutions and define value propositions, pricing, models, and roadmaps.
• Monitor portfolio performance and take action to improve revenue, margin, and customer outcomes.
• Support strategic customer engagements and major pursuits with coordinated positioning of utility-side and behind-the-meter solutions.
• Provide recommendations on investments, partnerships, and long-term portfolio direction.
