Job summary

WNC Corporation is seeking a senior Facilities Director in the United States to lead site construction, planning, and long-term facilities strategy. You will manage budget, schedule, design reviews, and handover processes to support mass production and operations.

Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and environmental controls is required. You will collaborate with EHS, operations, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in related fields.
• Experience leading large electronics/factory facilities teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language knowledge noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. site construction and facilities setup, including planning, design review, construction, budget and schedule control.
• Plan facilities infrastructure based on manufacturing processes and expansion needs.
• Standardize building and facilities systems with documentation for mass production.
• Establish daily facilities operation and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC, and other codes and permits.
• Drive energy management, ESG goals, and long-term equipment planning.
• Recruit and develop the U.S. facilities team with training plans.
