The Director, US Emerging Portfolio Strategy (US EPS) Neurology reports to Executive Director of US EPS,who has responsibility for assessment of the developing pipeline and external (BD) opportunities in neurology within the US EPS and Corporate Business Office (CBO) team.
TheDirector US Emerging Portfolio Strategy will be responsible for helping to ensure that the business is best positioned to deliver on its strategy and business priorities for emerging neurology products and lifecycle management programs. This person will lead collaboratively through influence and direct, as appropriate, cross-functional project teams and be a trusted advisor/leader.

The salary range for this role is $200,000-$240,000. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
