The Director, US Emerging Portfolio Strategy (US EPS) in Neurology will lead cross-functional teams to assess pipeline opportunities and shape pre-commercial strategies for emerging neurology assets. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with business, science, or quantitative focus.
• Graduate degree or advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or similar) and 7+ years of work experience in strategy/biopharma.
• Experience in neurology and rare disease markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct US Emerging Portfolio Assessments in Neurology.
• Support or lead pre-commercialization projects from preclinical to Phase 3.
• Assist in external in-line and pipeline opportunities assessments for BD.
• Develop forward-looking market strategies, positioning, and product profiles.
• Collaborate with global teams to provide US market insights and competitive landscape.
