Qualifikationen

• Seven years of progressively responsible operational/clinical work experience.
• Five years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in an urgent care and/or consumer access setting.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership and strategy roles.

Aufgaben

• Direct and evaluate operations across multiple Urgent Care sites to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead short- and long-term planning initiatives that support growth, standardization and improved patient outcomes.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, staffing, resources, productivity and expenses.
• Lead, coach and develop site-based management teams with staffing and performance management.
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance outcomes and patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation requirements and applicable laws.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, medical directors, staff, patients and partners to advance care delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, financial results, productivity and benchmarks to guide decisions.
