Chobani is seeking a strategic leader to oversee Packaging procurement, coordinating with global teams to deliver value and secure supply for an annual spend of hundreds of millions. You will shape sourcing strategies, drive supplier relationships, and ensure business continuity.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Factories, Materials Planning, and Quality, plus SAP data integrity, KPI publishing, and cost analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sourcing, relationship management, contract negotiation, and project management, ideally within Consumer Packaged Goods.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
Financial / analytical acumen and project management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the Packaging category aligned with regional and global goals.
Design, manage, and execute sourcing processes including RFx events, negotiations, contracts, and supplier management.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
Collaborate with leaders to establish short and long‑term objectives and manage strategic relationships.
Monitor procurement effectiveness and identify improvements through data analysis.
