Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Director of Studio Packaging to lead graphics, print production, and technical packaging execution across multiple brands. You will transform design intent into production-ready packaging and manage schedules to ensure uninterrupted supply.

The role requires deep expertise in printing processes, color management, and regulatory labeling, with a focus on quality, scalability and cross-functional collaboration across Product Development, Engineering, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in packaging graphics, print production, prepress, packaging production or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in commercial printing, color management, color separations, proofing, converting/finishing.
• Experience reviewing hard proofs and leading press approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Packaging Studio team and the technical execution, approval and release of packaging graphics.
• Develop artwork and production schedules to ensure materials arrive at plants on time.
• Establish workflows and systems to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead and develop Studio team members and external resources.
• Provide final Studio technical approval of packaging artwork and production files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the packaging approval system.
• Support innovation, sustainability and new printing technologies.
• Engage printers and suppliers, maintaining strong technical relationships.
