Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Director of Unified Partner Experience to align customer journeys across BSWH, joint ventures, and business partners, ensuring a single, intuitive experience at every touchpoint.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience Operations, this role leads collaboration across Growth, Medical, IS, and Analytics to integrate partner systems, measure outcomes, and drive measurable improvements in the patient and customer experience across the ecosystem.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, customer or patient experience, or integration leadership.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and building trust.
• Experience leading healthcare M&A, joint ventures, or partner integration.
• Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR integration and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the BSWH partner experience standard and journey touchpoints.
• Onboard new partners translating the experience standard into integration plans.
• Collaborate with IS to assess partner technical capabilities and develop integration roadmaps.
• Quantify partner journeys with metrics and scorecards.
• Manage scope, milestones, and risk across concurrent workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Growth, Medical group, and partner leadership.
