You will lead a team of underwriters and advisory resources, driving data-based decisions, talent development, and succession planning to enable disciplined growth and strong partner relationships.
Formación
- Experience leading large life underwriting groups with complex cases.
- Proven authority evaluating high-value life insurance risks.
- Strong knowledge of medical, financial, and non-medical underwriting.
Responsabilidades
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for large and complex life insurance cases.
- Lead strategic initiatives and third-party relationships with vendors and reinsurers.
- Build and sustain a high-performing underwriting organization with talent strategy.
