Qualifications

• 5+ years of life underwriting experience with larger face amount cases.
• Approval authority up to $7,000,000.
• FLMI, FALU and/or CLU designations preferred or progress toward these designations.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex formal and informal life insurance applications within approval guidelines.
• Analyze information to provide medical and financial risk assessments per policy.
• Manage change, resolve conflicts, and negotiate positive results.
• Maintain cross-functional view of processes affecting underwriting decisions.
