The University of Miami seeks a Director, Undergraduate Affairs Administration to support the Dean and oversee day-to-day and strategic activities for undergraduate programs within the Office of Undergraduate Affairs.

You will lead operational, administrative, fiscal, research, and project-based support, mentor staff, ensure compliance, and connect divisional goals to organizational priorities across units.

Qualifications

• Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
• Ability to establish department goals, and objectives that support the strategic plan.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staffing and resource allocation for effective operations.
• Facilitate new program development and expansions.
• Administer program budgets and prepare reports and projections.
• Align University strategy with unit goals and priorities.
• Ensure strategic and communicative alignment across the organization.
• Monitor operations of multiple units within Undergraduate Affairs.
• Partner with HR on performance, recruitment, and retention.
• Develop multi-annual strategic and financial plans for Undergraduate Affairs.
• Manage operating and research budgets and gifts.
• Guide budget development and unit financial processes.
• Coordinate with Provost office on budget activity and policy compliance.
• Oversee recruitment for personnel and manage agreements.
• Support governance meetings and committee activities.
• Manage content for Undergraduate Affairs websites and unit pages.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management on Army ROTC matters.
