• Drive end-to-end execution from ideation through experimentation, launch, and scaled adoption.
• Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Data to define roadmap priorities aligned with engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Own the technical strategy for rapid prototyping and scalable user workflows.
• Establish analytics-driven development with telemetry and measurable success metrics.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and observability in product design and implementation.
• Translate business goals into technical execution plans to support monetization and growth.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering ownership and accountability.
