Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience (preferably frontend) with strong product development foundations.
• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering user facing applications at scale.
• Experience supporting product growth, adoption, and commercialization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of analytics-driven product development including experimentation frameworks and telemetry.
• Solid grounding in performance optimization, scalability, and production reliability.
• Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Web Components, TypeScript, GraphQL, and cloud native architectures.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured technical plans with measurable outcomes.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and building high trust, high accountability teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high performing engineering team delivering cross app in-product experiences.
• Drive end to end execution from ideation through experimentation, launch, and scaled adoption.
• Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Data to define roadmap priorities aligned with engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Own the technical strategy for rapid prototyping, integrating capabilities into scalable user workflows.
• Establish a culture of analytics driven development, embedding telemetry and measurable success metrics into every feature.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and observability are built into product design and implementation from the outset.
• Translate business strategy and commercialization goals into clear technical execution plans, supporting monetization models and growth initiatives.
• Hire, mentor, and develop exceptional engineers while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
