Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience (front-end preferred) with strong product foundations.
• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering user-facing applications at scale.
• Demonstrated experience supporting product growth, adoption, and commercialization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of analytics-driven product development including experimentation frameworks and telemetry.
• Solid grounding in performance optimization, scalability, and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high performing engineering team delivering cross-app in-product experiences.
• Drive end-to-end execution from ideation through experimentation, launch, and scaled adoption.
• Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Data to define roadmap priorities aligned with engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Own the technical strategy for rapid prototyping, integrating capabilities into scalable user workflows.
• Establish a culture of analytics-driven development with telemetry and measurable success metrics.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering ownership and accountability.
