United Animal Health is seeking a Director for the U.S. Swine Business (Eastern Swine Belt) to lead commercial strategy and sales execution. Preferred location is the eastern belt with candidates in Indiana, Illinois, or Ohio, managing a field-based team and strategic accounts to drive growth.

The role reports to the SVP of Domestic Sales and requires strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated sales experience within animal health, animal nutrition, or a related industry with growth responsibility.
• Experience with business management, sales planning, forecasting, and budget management.
• Strong business acumen using customer, sales, and financial data to drive results.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year business plans and sales strategies for the U.S. swine business.
• Lead market segmentation, strategic account prioritization, territory design, and resource deployment to maximize profitable growth.
• Own sales forecasts, operating-expense budgets, and relevant profit-and-loss performance; monitor results and take timely corrective action.
• Establish sales targets and account objectives aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
• Identify market trends and opportunities that support profitable growth and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
