United Animal Health is seeking a Director for the U.S. Swine Business to drive commercial strategy and sales execution across the U.S. swine market.

Preferred locations include the eastern swine belt, with Indiana, Illinois, or Ohio as ideal bases. The role will lead a field-based team of 6-10 Key Account Managers, while maintaining direct engagement with strategic customers to grow revenue and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated sales experience with strategic or key account management and growth responsibility.
• Experience with business management, sales planning, forecasting, and budget management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or similar tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the U.S. swine commercial strategy and sales execution.
• Manage field-based team of Key Account Managers and engage with strategic customers.
• Oversee sales targets, forecasting, budgets, and profitability.
• Develop talent and ensure effective coaching and development.
• Build relationships with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent customer and field-sales priorities in internal planning.
