The TRS team delivers operational and financial restructuring solutions to middle market clients, drawing on backgrounds as former operators, investors, and lenders.Responsibilities: develop solutions for complex operational and financial challenges including value creation plans, performance improvement, and bankruptcy preparation/execution; lead liquidity management and cash flow forecasting; support formulation of business and restructuring plans; develop detailed financial projections; lead board and stakeholder reporting packages.Ideal candidates have blue chip TRS or advisory experience with a track record in high-complexity distressed situations.
