Qualifications

• Experience leading federal contracts or grants administration.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of federal regulations governing 638 contracts and grant compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Tribal Roads Maintenance Program.
• Develop budgets, contracts, grants, and funding agreements with fiscal accountability.
• Direct road maintenance planning, asset management, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
