The Director of Treasury Accounting will lead accounting and financial reporting for all treasury-related activities, including debt, equity, investments, and hedge instruments. This role ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, supports capital structure strategies, and maintains internal controls. The ideal candidate is a technically strong, detail-oriented leader with deep expertise in complex financial instruments and experience in a dynamic corporate or public company setting.
