Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a VP, Treasury to support our business strategy by funding revenue generation, maintaining cost-effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and advisor, an excellent communicator with executive presence and credibility at the board level, possess strong business acumen, and have the ability to partner with operations. Technical excellence, a disposition to embrace technology for streamlining operations, and a role within the broader finance organization are essential, especially as we continue our finance transformation.

Responsibilities/Functions:

The VP, Treasury will work closely with the CFO and will be responsible for:

1. Cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, investments, and payments (wires, ACH, RTP, e-checks, P-cards). Reviewing, updating, and developing policies and procedures as needed.
2. Banks and sureties relationship management, capital structure, risk management, governance, compliance with SOX, and maintaining appropriate insurance policies for property, casualty, and legal liabilities.
3. Financial reporting, including assisting with monthly financial statements, profit and loss projections, and year-end audits.
4. Support for areas such as 401K plan administration, audits, and distributions.

Qualifications include:

• Highly analytical with advanced understanding and experience with treasury technology and management systems (TMS).
• Advanced financial modeling skills using various software solutions.
• Experience in risk management, cash management, and capital allocation.
• Knowledge of governance and controls related to financial reporting for Treasury.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and provide professional insights.
