Job summary

Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking a Director of Transformation to drive the enterprise MOS portfolio and ensure disciplined, measurable progress across functions.

This role reports to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategy and serves as the hands-on execution engine behind strategic priorities. The successful candidate will own prioritization, cadence, transparency, value tracking, barrier removal, and MOS rollout, with growth to lead a small high-caliber team as MOS matures and strong

Qualifications

8-10+ years in operations, transformation, or strategy.

Responsibilities

Drive the Mueller Operating System (MOS) across functions and embed it as business as usual.
Work hands-on with initiative teams to unblock issues and drive initiatives to realization.
Track and validate value delivery (revenue, margin, productivity, working capital).
Surface cross-functional barriers early and drive rapid resolution.
Hold initiative owners to milestones and ensure accountability for results.
Run the CEO/ELT strategy execution review as a decision forum.
Own the enterprise scorecard tracking value, milestones, and progress across initiatives.
Lead acquisition integrations and initiative tracking with the M&A function.
Support development of enterprise strategy and complete ad-hoc executive projects.
